New Delhi:
As pollution level in Delhi increases due to fog , that is covered whole atmosphere with minimum visibility. It is not possible to comes in a fast trek style on roads and it is also a health hazard too. Two incidents occur due to fog in Bhatinda and yamuna express way.
In Bhatinda 08 school children killed , when they were in the waiting for another transport after collisions with a PRTC. All students were comes down from school bus and waiting for another. suddenly a truck coming with fast speed and drive over children. Truck driver fled away after accident
In another incident due to fog one after another 20 vehichles collide with each other on yamuna express way. No person killed but many injured.
The Union Health Ministry has issued a health advisory in view of the severe air pollution in the city. People have been advised the following:
- Remain indoors if you have breathing difficulty and try to keep children indoors as much as possible.
- Avoid morning walk or any other strenuous outdoor activity that increases breathing rate
- Drink plenty of water and fluids
- Avoid smoking.
- Minimize the use of deodorants and room sprays as much as possible.
- Avoid the areas with smoke or heavy dust.
- If you have any heart ailments or chronic respiratory disease or asthma, continue your medication as advised by physician
- In case of any difficulty in breathing, increase in breathing rate, palpitations or severe bout of coughing and/or sneezing consult for medical assistance.
