Mishti pulav:
Mishti pulav is a type of sweet pulav cook by bengalies on different festival.
Sweet pulav can be serve at different small ocassion even in bIrthday parties and kitty parties. Easy to prepare and save your time.
You can taste it alone or with the gravy of your choice.It is easy to make. for it we have to take Ingredients---
Basmati rice - 2 cup
Raisin - 2 spoon
cashew nuts - 2 spoon in pieces
cardamon - 4 only
cloves - 4 only
turmeric powder- 2 spoon
Bay leaf - 2 only
Water - 4 cup
Salt - According to taste
Ghee - 1 spoon
sugar - 3 spoon
First of all take rice and soak it in water for half an hour. after that filtered all water and keep rice .
In a frying pan take ghee and fry bay leaf , cardamon and clove for 1 minute.Now add rice, turmeric powder , sugar and salt and stirr it for five minutes on medium flame..
After that add water and remaining material and after one boiling slow the flame. Now wait upto boiling proper. after that close the gas stove.
